Onclick Presents: How to Handwash (using chocolate)

“Washing your hands is one of the easiest ways to protect yourself and others from illnesses such as [the] flu.” – NHS

2020 will go down for many things, but hopefully a lasting skill that we all will take from this year is how to wash our hands, effectively! Not just a quick rinse post bathroom stop, or not at all after being out and about. We are now a nation of hand washers.

But, as we’ve figured out, there is actually a method to cleaning our hands to make sure we don’t hold on to, or pass on any germs that may be lingering on the surface.

As a fan of Grey’s Anatomy, myself, whenever I go through the steps of a thorough hand wash, I imagine I’m scrubbing in for surgery alongside McDreamy. A girls gotta do what a girls gotta do…

So, in the spirit of cleanliness we decided to produce a How To guide for all those still struggling to master the art of hand washing. We actioned our idea for Global Hand Washing Day, which also happened to be during National Chocolate Week. We decided they’d work well together, they’d go hand in hand, if you will!

To show you how to wash your hands, and most importantly to make sure you don’t miss any bits, our Digital Learning Director Kat rolled up her sleeves and got her hands dirty to bring you: Onclick’s How to Handwash (using chocolate).

Please note: No chocolate went to waste in the making of this video.
