As a small design agency, we’re looking for the right person to suit our friendly and creative approach to bespoke digital learning. Working with a range of exciting and innovative clients, we need someone who is passionate and thirsty for learning.

You must be eager to get stuck into a variety of exciting digital learning projects and have an appetite for your own continuous improvement.

You will be able to demonstrate proven experience of producing impressive digital learning resources, that showcase your understanding of good design and user engagement.

Ideally you will be familiar with mobile responsive rapid development tools, including Adapt AT and Articulate Rise.

Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite to create graphics, illustrations, video and animation is desirable.

This role will be based at our studio in Marden, Kent, upon our team’s return from home working.

Salary dependent upon experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop digital learning content using mobile responsive authoring tools such as Adapt AT and Articulate Rise

Configure, test and quality assure all components in line with technical and accessibility requirements

Design and create graphics in line with supplied project brand guidelines, for integration into courseware

Source and edit media from stock libraries or client brand assets

Storyboard and edit video or animation content for delivery via video streaming sites

Work alongside client subject matter experts to bring supplied learning content to life in digital form

Communicate regularly with design team and clients regarding project progress

Use our team project management system to track task progress and completion

Develop and support maintenance of our Moodle-based LMS platforms

Build and test Moodle course pages, assessments and resource components

Support our team to respond to queries via our online user helpdesk system

Essential Skills

A confident understanding of online learning and proven instructional design techniques

Proven mobile responsive learning design and development skills, using Adapt AT or Articulate Rise

A strong online design portfolio that demonstrates creativity and experience with elearning and graphic design

Good design eye, with strong attention to detail

Experience of working with brand guidelines

Excellent communications skills and client relationship building

Highly organised, good multi-tasker and able to work well under pressure

Active team player

Desirable Skills

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in design or related field

Proven experience in animation and video production

Basic understanding of CSS and HTML coding
